The Service Project

Through my involvement with the Junior Youth Spiritual Empowerment Program I have had the opportunity to see a lively potential in this age group and I wanted to capture this in a short film. The Junior Youth Spiritual Empowerment Program is an initiative of the Bahá'i Faith. It is designed for the ages 12-15 years, the ages of Junior Youth. The program orients junior youth towards contributing to the betterment of their community. From time to time, they carry out specific projects relevant in their communities which have been identified by their group. I assisted a group in producing a short film to raise awareness about the environmental issues related to littering. I documented their efforts with the aim of sharing the potential of this age.
